Shipping & Order Processing

Mrs Posé Bakery ships all orders throughout the United States using Fedex as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are only shipped nationwide, using Fedex two-day shipping, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays (except overnight orders), Fridays, or holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next shipping day. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.

Nationwide Shipping Guarantee

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
  • Fedex will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Mrs. Posé Bakery is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather, or transport company-related problems.
  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for UPS.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed, or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, UPS may require a signature for delivery at the driver’s discretion.
  • Estimated delivery timelines do not consider unexpected weather delays, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
  • During the peak holiday season in the month of November/December and during sale days, orders will process in the order in which they are placed. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email or call us at 410-468-5233.
  • Mrs. Posé Bakery is not responsible for any delivery delays due to the high volume that UPS experiences.

Local Pick Up

Our Bakery offers pickup at our Owings Mills bakery, Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM. Please place your order online. We require credit card payment to processing your order and before you can schedule pick-up. Pick up dates are scheduled based on availability.
